At Jana Bhoomi Yojna, we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and secure booking experience to all applicants. This Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to application fees, booking amounts, plot allotment, cancellation, and refunds.
For every application submitted under Jana Bhoomi Yojna, an Application Processing Fee of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) is payable.
This fee covers documentation, application verification, administrative processing, and related expenses and is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of whether a plot is ultimately allotted to the applicant.
Applicants may reserve their preferred plot by paying the applicable booking amount of ₹11,500/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand only) through the authorized online payment gateway or any other payment method approved by the project management.
The booking amount is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Booking Application Form.
If a plot is not allotted to an applicant due to non-availability or any other reason determined by the project management, the booking amount of ₹11,500/- shall be eligible for refund.
The ₹500/- Application Processing Fee will not be refunded.
Therefore, the maximum refundable amount in such circumstances shall be ₹11,500/-, subject to verification and compliance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Applicants seeking an eligible refund must submit their request through their registered email ID and provide valid and accurate bank account details for verification.
The applicant may be required to provide additional documents or information necessary to verify the refund request and account ownership.
Once the refund request is approved and all required verification is completed, the eligible refund shall generally be processed within 45 working days.
Once a plot has been allotted and confirmed, any request for cancellation or refund shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained in the Booking Application Form and applicable project terms.

Accordingly, payment of a booking amount does not automatically guarantee a refund after plot allotment and confirmation.
Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or transferred directly to the applicant's verified bank account, as determined by the project management and subject to applicable payment and verification procedures.
The applicant will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
Applicants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including bank account details.
Jana Bhoomi Yojna shall not be responsible for delays, failed transactions, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the applicant. Additional verification may be required before any refund is released.
By accessing or using the online booking facility of Jana Bhoomi Yojna, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, the Booking Application Form, and the applicable Terms & Conditions of the project.
Jana Bhoomi Yojna reserves the right to amend, modify, revise, or update this Refund Policy from time to time, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any updated version published on the official website shall supersede the previous version from the date of its publication.
Every effort is made to ensure that the information published on the Jana Bhoomi Yojna website and in the booking application is accurate and up to date. However, the project management reserves the right to revise, modify, add, or remove project-related terms, specifications, pricing, layouts, amenities, facilities, or other details where required due to statutory requirements, government regulations, approvals, project requirements, or other applicable circumstances.
Note: This Refund Policy should be read together with the Booking Application Form and the complete Terms & Conditions of Jana Bhoomi Yojna. In case of any inconsistency, the applicable contractual terms and prevailing law shall govern.
